Pakistan Intelligence (ISI) is our "ALLY" in the War on Terror. We give them nuke tech.
Yet ISI --- a "baby sister of CIA" --- has long been CIA's main conduit for CREATING and OPERATING the Islamic terrorist network .. with help from "Reagan's freedom fighter" Osama bin Laden.

Pakistan ISI has long supported Al-Qaeda, the "invisible enemy", even according to the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations).
CIA, in turn, supports and directs Pakistan's ISI.

Many people have pointed out that ISI helped fund Al-Qaeda and the Muj. But ISI is a creation of the CIA, funded and run from Langley. Very few people are aware of the news interview that revealed that the head of ISI sent over $100,000 to Florida, to Mohamed Atta, days before Gen. Ahmad flew to Washington DC to attend summit meetings on the week of Sept 11. That he was having breakfast in Washington with the future head of CIA when the planes flew into the towers. That there was no investigation about this. That Porter Goss dismissed this whole funding scandal as "finger-pointing", that no Democrat called him on it, and that it disappeared from the media faster than the "runaway bride" story. And that Goss was still appointed to run the CIA, after that quiet scandal.

It gets worse: Paki officer Lt.General Mahmoud Ahmad --- who "Counter-Terrorism" officials Graham and Goss picked to be our ALLY in the War on Terror --- wired $109,000+ to the "lead terrorist" Mohamed Atta in Venice, FL., before Sept 2 --- via his conduit Saeed Sheikh. Sheikh was later convicted in the throat-slitting murder of Daniel Pearl, WSJ reporter.

If the 9-11 Commission is really looking for a smoking gun, it should look no further than at Lieutenant-General Mahmoud Ahmad, the director of the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) at the time.

The Pakistan foreign office had paid tens of thousands of dollars to lobbyists in the US to get anti-Pakistan references dropped from the 9/11 inquiry commission report, The Friday Times has claimed.
The Pakistani weekly said its story is based on disclosures made by foreign service officials to the Public Accounts Committee at a secret meeting in Islamabad on Tuesday.
It claimed that some of the commission members were also bribed to prevent them from including damaging information about Pakistan.

India provided intelligence including from cellphone records. FBI confirmed that Ahmad was a key "money man" behind 9-11. (there were other money transfers)

The FBI confirmed in late September, in an interview with ABC News (which went virtually unnoticed) that the 9-11 ringleader, Mohammed Atta, had been financed from unnamed sources in Pakistan:

"As to September 11th, federal authorities have told ABC News they have now tracked more than $100,000 from banks in Pakistan, to two banks in Florida, to accounts held by suspected hijack ring leader, Mohammed Atta. As well . . . "Time Magazine" is reporting that some of that money came in the days just before the attack and can be traced directly to people connected to Osama bin Laden. It's all part of what has been a successful FBI effort so far to close in on the hijacker's high commander, the money men, the planners and the mastermind."

But Ahmad -- approved for his position at ISI by the CIA -- was invited to Washington for meetings from Sept 4-13. General Ahmad met Colin Powell, CIA Director George Tenet, Deputy Secretary Richard Armitage, Porter Goss (R-FL) (our new CIA director), Bob Graham (D-FL).

Ahmad has links to Colin Powell, and to Mohammed Atta. Hold me, Mommy.

Ahmad was having breakfast in Washington on Sept. 11 ... after he paid the terrorists. There, he attended high-level meetings to "prevent terrorism". When this came out, Condoleeza Rice shut off all questions about him. Are alarms going off yet?

Why is the average American not even AWARE of these facts, at all, reported by India's intell and media, and confirmed by the FBI? How could a HUGE SCANDAL involving a key Al-Qaeda funder sitting in the White House on Sept 11 get swept under the rug?

WHOA: Sen. Bob Graham, who was eating a "power breakfast" on 9-11 with his buddy Porter Goss and the Pakistani General who (a week earlier) sent money to the alleged Sept 11 hijackers in Florida, is also brother of the late Phil Graham, who was publisher of the Washington Post, along with his wife Katherine. WaPo is a newspaper at the core of Operation Mockingbird, the propaganda program of the CIA started by Frank Wisner. WaPo helped to squelch serious crimes like Iran-Contra, Gary Webb's stories on CIA-Drugs, and the Bush election fraud in Florida in 2000 and 2004, as well as countless other spins.

Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee's brother-in-law is Cord Meyer of the CIA. His childhood friend is the infamous Richard Helms of the CIA who was fired by Kennedy along with Allen Dulles around the Bay of Pigs fiasco. Helms wrote portions of the National Security Act of 1947, a set of laws creating a Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency, etc.

Then, Ahmad got on a plane to DC arriving Sept 4 --- possibly flying with US officials.
(Friends on the inside have suggested that Tenet was more a "compromised individual" in relation to the neocon plan, than an "eager accomplice", hence his position sitting being Powell at the UN, looking demoralized.)

It is not known what they were discussing in secret meeetings in Pakistan, but it was reported that Ahmad went to DC for "normal consultations".

Porter Goss exonerates himself ... and the administration

Goss says he is looking for solutions, not scapegoats. (Sound familiar? DON'T INVESTIGATE!!) "A lot of nonsense," he calls this week's uproar about a CIA briefing that alerted President Bush, five weeks before Sept. 11, that Osama bin Laden's associates might be planning airline hijackings.

"None of this is news, but it's all part of the finger-pointing," Goss declared yesterday in a rare display of pique. "It's foolishness."
FBI Agent's Report in July "Was Very Specific".
"I haven't got any smoking gun. I haven't even got a cap pistol," he said. In general, Goss said, "I have not found a single instance of omission yet where someone had something they should have sent to someone else or anything that is an obvious failure."

On Sept 9, Afghani Northern Alliance General Masood was assassinated. Earlier that summer, Masood was one of many people who WARNED the USA and Europe about Al-Qaeda planning to hit NYC.

The lucky thing about this is that our new Northern Alliance leader became Unocal exec Hamid Karzai -- the official most able to advance the pipeline that had long been negotiated. Unlike Masood, ostensibly a pro-Afghan nationalist, Karzai can be trusted to know who butters his bread.

(So far, only one newspaper has suggested Pakistan was involved in 9/11. Only London Times, in one article, connected Saeed Sheikh to all three: ISI, Al-Qaida, and 9-11.) It is also worth noting that Richard Armitage, new Ambassador to Iraq, who orchestrated domestic terrorism in Latin America, is known for his “large circle of friends in the Pakistani military and ISI” [SAPRA, 5/22/01] as well as his connections to the Iran-Contra affair.

Pakistan President Musharraf brazenly opined that Daniel Pearl was "over inquisitive" i.e. "too nosy for his own health". Some ppl have suggested that Pearl's death was actually a "hit" arranged by CIA on a guy who got too close to the truth of US complicity in Pakistan.

Mahmood Ahmad is at a breakfast meeting at the Capitol with the chairmen of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, Senator Bob Graham (D) and Representative Porter Goss (R) (Goss is a 10-year veteran of the CIAs clandestine operations wing). The meeting is said to last at least until the second plane hits the WTC. [Washington Post, 6/18/2002] Graham and Goss later co-head the joint House-Senate investigation into the 9/11 attacks, which has made headlines for saying there was no smoking gun of Bush knowledge before 9/11. [Washington Post, 8/11/2002] Note that Senator Graham should have been aware of a report made to his staff the previous month (see Early August 2001) that one of Mahmoods subordinates had told a US undercover agent that the WTC would be destroyed. Evidence suggests that attendee Mahmood ordered that $100, 000 be sent to hijacker Mohamed Atta. Also present at the meeting were Senator Jon Kyl (R) and the Pakistani ambassador to the US, Maleeha Lodhi.
